Example of School Statement of Service
Introduction
OSME Education is committed to providing comprehensive guardianship services to ensure the welfare and academic success of our students. We are pleased to present the following statement of service, outlining the specific support and responsibilities we undertake for the students under our care.
Student Details
At the start of each academic year, or upon the admission of a new student, OSME Education will provide the school with a detailed statement of service for each student. This statement includes the following information:
